Description

This package contains an extended Counter for Unreal Tournament 99. Source code is included.

Enhancements

The differences to the stock counter are:

Count and Complete messages can be broadcasted.
supports until 2147483648 (=2^31, data type int) counts instead of 256 (=2^8, data type byte).
The first n counter events can be skipped (useful for for triggered Creature-/ThingFactories)
On each count an Event can be risen (property CounterEvent).
Counting can be selected through an Actor class Prototype.

Usage

Usage for Mappers

Add the file SBCounterV4.u to your SYSTEM directory of Unreal Tournament; all other files of this package are optional and can be deleted. Then open UnrealEd's Actor Class Browser, add that file to it, navigate to Actor > Triggers > SBCounter, add it to your map and set its properties as desired. Don't forget to add file SBCounterV4.u to your package if you release your map to public.

Examples

Use it if you have more than 255 events to count.
Use it if you want to count events from a specific Actor class only.
You can raise different events on the last m counts with setting SkipFirstCounterEvents to n-m and using a RoundRobin Trigger.

Usage for Servers

If you want to replace Counters from package Engine you can use the function SBCounter.CopyFromCounter(Counter C) to transfer the Counter data.
